Why Kindness Isn't Always Easy

Being Kind is a choice. 

Nearly two weeks into the challenge, you may have noticed it's easier to be kind to strangers than to those we love most.

Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, explained this challenge beautifully in his speech at Princeton: 

"Cleverness is a gift. Kindness is a choice."
